CEO, R. David Cohen, pursued a career on Wall Street for 7 years after graduating from Columbia University, starting on the trading side and closing out that period of his career managing technology design and implementation in Legal and Compliance for Citigroup. He leveraged that experience to transition to the vendor side of things and has been a technology entrepreneur ever since. Over the past 24 years, David has started or been part of the leadership of more than a dozen early-stage technology companies, several with exceptional growth, demonstrated innovation, and successful exits. After moving to Boise, Idaho with his wife and 3 children, David won 2013 Innovator of the Year in Idaho and now brings his technology platform, compliance and audit background, financial stewardship, and team leadership to Delv.
